Hi, I'm Shania

Movement has always been part of who I am. Growing up as the original tomboy — soccer, touch football, basketball — I was always outside, always moving. Sport wasn't a discipline for me, it was just life. I kept playing basketball right up until 2020, and that relationship with movement never really switched off.

What did change everything was stepping into the world of strength training over 10 years ago, and eventually competitive powerlifting. It was there I learned the lesson that no amount of training can outrun a poor recovery plan. When nutrition is off, your mood flatlines and the grind starts to feel like a burden. I've come to see nutrition as the real unlock — the thing that brings your training and your life into sync.

After 5 years coaching in the strength and nutrition space, I've seen it clearly: the most successful people aren't those who sacrifice everything — they're the ones who learn how to integrate everything. Health and performance aren't rivals. They're partners. And the more you focus on enjoying the journey, not just chasing the result, the further you go.
